Right on the beach, very clean, friendly staff, affordable. The cabana was very nice to sit in on the beach as well in the evenings to listen to the ocean.

Could tell that it was an older property that was quickly renovated. Parking lot was small. Spaces were small and limited. The pool was very nice, but could be bigger. The breakfast was terrible. Should be eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh foods, not cereal, waffles, bagels, and microwaveable items.

I like the cleanliness of the room and the lobby. When checking in the staff were very helpful. They were informative and quick.

The elevator in the parking garage had puke in it, which it being hot outside didn't smell the best. Now when wanting to experience the pool, all was well until the pool light exploded after I jumped in. I later found 3 small pieces of glass in my partners shoulder and 2 in my lower leg. When asking about possible compensation for this incident I was denied and told that because my injuries weren't "reasonable", they couldn't do anything about it.

The property was within walking distance of the convention center and local restaurants and shops.

My sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. The desk clerk gave me a clean set of sheets so I could change the bed. I also had plumbing issues with the toilet. I received a plunger to fix the issue myself.

Breakfast not satisfying. The pancake making right in middle of breakfast bar caused a bottleneck each morning...need to rethink the layout. Also very little choice of other breakfast items.

There were 2 TV sets but only 1 remote. The Front Desk staff couldn't find another remote. The water in the bathtub would not shut off. The sofa and chair were FILTHY. You couldn't sit on them they were so dirty. The on property restaurant was not open. The Front Desk staff was not trained on how to handle guest problems.
