We liked the view of the harbor and Boston. Our housekeeping lady was awesome (very friendly and cleaned our room well). The staff at the front desk and concierge desk were very helpful.

Some of your restaurant staff were somewhat rude to us and were yelling at the runners from the kitchen. May want to train them that there are customers around. Delightful View and fun stay.

It was a little inconvenient to have renovation going on during our stay on the floor all around where we were. It was noisy in the morning and hard to maneuver around the items in the hallway to checkout. The workers were friendly, but honestly we would have stayed somewhere else had we known there would be so much activity on the hallway where we were going to stay. Also, the parking lot was tricky to navigate because of work trucks and tractor trailers. The driveway into the hotel is narrow and if another vehicle is coming you can't get out due to the large vehicles parked along the side of the driveway. Just not the best set-up.

Location was great. Walking distance of all the bars was the highlight of the hotel.

Had to park 2 blocks away because the parking situation at the hotel would have cost me hundreds of dollars for 2 1/2 days. To pay $1000 for a hotel room only to find out there is 0 parking accommodations/discounted parking is unacceptable. The elevator situation in this place is a complete disaster. If it’s during breakfast hours, check out or happy hour time have fun with the elevator. It could take as long as 30min to get an elevator that isn’t full. One of the elevators wasn’t working at all. On the last day, we left the room at 10:40 for check out by 11. I had to walk down 15 floors of stairs at 11 because there was 0 elevators in 20min. Bathroom.. obviously not cleaned very well. Shower was completely out of all shampoo and body wash. It was dirty as well. Other than the location, I expect so much more for $500 a night. Will never stay here again.

I think safety bar for grip for elder people should be put on tub wall. Floor of tub was a little slippery for some reason. And step out is lower than going in.

There was a plug-in air freshener that literally gagged us when we walked in. We put it outside but couldn't get rid of the smell. We kept the windows and doors open in an attempt to get rid of it, but it was too strong. Too bad because it would have been wonderful otherwise.

there was a iron broad but not iron there was used soap in the shower there were no closets they need new toaster, they were slow and dirty the elevator broke because of too much use
