  This was a spontaneous trip to Frankenmuth for the Bavarian Festival. We wanted to be in town so we could walk around and return to the hotel. This was our only requirement. How happy we were to find out upon our arrival that they had a snack time/happy hour called Kickback where food was provided free and we could have three free alcoholic drinks. The best part of this was that it was Taco night! The experience was very much a "down home" quality, but saved us from spending money out for dinner in town, and most important, we had more time to spend at the street party at the festival. The next morning, the breakfast was great and we spend a pleasant morning by the hot tub/pool before we left.

  Very modern and hip hotel in the middle of an older town. It works! The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable, and, best of all, quiet. Its location within walking distance of shops and restaurants is a most definite plus. The staff were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the hotel and will definitely stay there again.

  This property was so incredibly beautiful and intimate. I felt like it brought me back in time. The manicured flowers, plants, and trees made it so quaint. Loved it. Also, the fact that a delicious breakfast was included the value was great! I was very happy with my stay! And would certainly come stay again!

  The kitchenette was clean and nice the distance to the beach was great the staff was nice everything was clean

  Completely run down and unmaintained. Filled with bugs before we arrived and during our stay. They started full room construction the 2nd day on our trip, and my 3 yr old daughter was so scared of the noise we had to be moved rooms TWO blocks away from my family, and would not be refunded the single day because of using Booking.com (which I will be requesting a single-day refund) the “breakfast” they provide you is of the lowest possible quality, only bread items and bananas for fruit, no protein or anything else, cream cheese is left in the whole tub outside for everyone to scoop out of. Apart from a couple the staff is like interacting with a ghost, they are beyond rude as well, and trust me I understand people are annoying but WOW! The “new” room we were given had No central AC as are other room, it had two AC units and ALL of the windows were broken, Room #103 and our first room was #2126, well apart from that guys Miami is great and I will be back, but N.O.T HERE!
