  After waiting 15 minutes at the front desk to check in, I finally called, thinking someone would come if they heard the phone ring. It rang three times and went to a cell phone. A woman answered and said she would be down, she was in a guests room. She came down about ten minutes later. When we entered our room it smelled like smoke, toilet paper holder was ripped out of the wall, big hole in the bathroom door, and the hallways were littered with trash. The following morning we realized there were no towels in the room. I called down at 8:50 am to request some. We checked out at 9:40am and no towels were ever brought. When we went to check out, the girl behind the counter was arguing with someone on the phone, so I put the room keys on the counter and we left.
