Clean. Small and much less hectic than other casinos. Didn’t mind being so far from the main strip. Good food choices and easy access to Monorail. The lobby was really nice and decorated tastefully. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms were a good size. The bath amenities were nice as were the towels and shower.

The pool area was super small and uninviting. Crowded. The walk to the monorail and to Lyft/ Uber areas was pretty messy and dirty. Hate that there are no coffee makers in the rooms and that coffee can not be ordered through room service. The air conditioning was loud and aimed directly at the one bed closest to it ( and the bathroom) so blasting cold air onto the bed made sleeping hard. When guests nearby exited their room the doors slam shut and are loud! Would like a book of hotel info and phone numbers / extensions in the room as well as a pen and notepad.

Big rooms, comfortable bed and clean. Good for 1-2 nights while passing by and visiting area. All hotels are high in this area so this was an ok value considering.

Had a hard time getting back my deposit, had to get in touch with the rental person many times in order to get my money back and the WiFi connection is very poor just use your hotspot works much faster

Bathroom fan didn't work without sounding like a freight train, room door didn't close properly to lock without pulling up on handle until heard click, beds were hard & not comfortable at all, sat in chair & it went so far back I nearly fell backwards, balcony ceiling was cracked & crumbling in corner & no outlets or phone charging ports next to bed

The room was very old. The chair was torn the carpet was old there was a hugh roach in the restroom late night. For the price and stars given it was not up to par. I've found by experience from booking a room in LA you can not go by the star system. The whole state is gross. That's why I stopped going there yrs ago but had a one night layover. Never again I'd rather sleep on the plane. Sorry but not Sorry Nola

The front desk staff didn't seem to care, there were cobwebs everywhere, wifi is available for just 30 minutes a day, there is no A/C and the price is sky-high
