- “Amazing place to rest your mind. It is located 15 min away from center by public transport, a bus station is 3-4 min walk from property, Plaza Miejski is 10 min by bike. It is an amazing place to rest and spend time with family. We were allowed to check in 2 hours earlier than indicated time. Check in was online and all instructions were very clear. Flat has an outstanding garden with tomato plantations, flowers, cherry trees, hammock, a grill, sunbed, a table in balcony to eat outside of flat. We were provided with free bikes which have very well conditions. Flat was super clean, we were amazed by the nice clean smell, kitchenette has almost everything you need. We had also a espresso machine with coffee capsules. Owners were very friendly and helpful. We will come back again :)”

A supermarket up the the street and around the corner. The hotel was beautiful, stunning. LIsbon is divine. A five to ten minute walk from the metro although take a taxi from your origin destination (Lisbon Oriente) if you have heavy bags.”

  The location is perfect. Off the busy main road and in the middle of everything. The continental breakfast is delicious! My son loved the pool and Water slide in it. My husband loved the hot tub...lol. This is our 2nd time staying here and we do really enjoy this family friendly hotel.

  They did a nice upgrade in the room removing the carpet and putting in beautiful hardwood floors BUT I wish they fixed the bathroom. The shower is a little ridiculous. It has a curved shower curtain rod that does NOT keep water in the shower. Every single time I showered water got all over the floor and I literally had to use Every single towel available to clean it up. Then I felt bad for housekeeping because I know that is alot of unnecessary work for them. But it was something i could not control. FIX THE SHOWERS! Oh and it really would be nice to have smart TVs in the room to have the option to stream a show or movie because some of the TV channels did not even work and there was nothing my son could watch. OH Last thing, the beds were super comfy BUT if you need a firm pillow bring your own. The pillows are just fluff.

  Everyone at the front desk was friendly. The food and service was great in the restaurants. We loved the casino. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

  The pool bar service was very very slow. The pool was smaller than expected. They ran out of towels. We also had to evacuate the pool because someone puked in it. Pool experience wasn’t good.

  Shuttle needs a texting and location map app. Validation of taxi receipts. The sign that says there is another elevator available. Let the guests know that it is out of service...save them the cost of walking hither and yon to wind up where they began 🙃

  The bed. Believe it or not the bed was extremely comfortable. And the tv was updated and has DirectTv channels.

  It’s ran down, outdated, clean “enough” to the eye but in behind the bed and counter in bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in years, no exaggeration. There was a roach on the bathroom sink. I killed an unknown looking bug on floor.

  The ac was cold & the bed was comfortable enough..

  1st rm: ac kept waking me up with a high whistle when kicked on. The door had problems shutting properly. 2nd rm: had no tv all weekend due to someone had pulled a cord apart to cable box (never got fixed), stinky old food in fridge from last person, place needed to be vacuumed, and it wasn't very clean. Not worth what I got charged that's for sure. I won't be staying there again.
