  Great value and awesome view. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. No wait time to check in or out. Pool closed at 8 but they said we could stay till 10. Hot tube felt amazing.

  Nothing big, but the bathroom door was hard to open and close, and the shower head pointed way too high with no way to adjust.

  Clean for the moat part. Great show we saw Potted Potter. Probably not even associated with the hotel itself but was the best thing there.

  Service at check in horrible. Directions for where To go were clearly not marked, and I stood in line for entirely too long to check-in at the wrong hotel. Then again at your hotel, hire some more employees. Was sent emails to check in online that could not take me to early checkin so was totally pointless to even send the email. Tried to get $10 free play for being first time player and didn't get it after 3 different cards from players club, just gave up. Just really disappointed in the entire stay. Was not allowed to bring in my cooler that had meds in it but watched all kinds of people bringing in bags of alcohol and food and drinks. Saw very few employees to be able to even ask questions to be able to address any issues.

  Property is well located within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. Room was clean and decorated nicely. Very nice shower.

  The room smelled like new paint and drywall. I am allergic to these smells. I felt uncomfortable keeping windows open at night because I didn’t feel safe to do. I admit, when I read “hotel” I have a very specific idea of what a hotel is. This is more of a Robotel. No in person contact and as far as I could tell no one on the premises to speak with.

  We liked that the room was big, and the view.

  For a Hilton we were disappointed about the breakfast, we had to go get some things at the market place and it was not good. Then we booked a room for 3, a king size bed and a sofa bed. We had to make the sofa bed ourselves, to look into the apartment to find bed sheets. The sofa bed was disgusting, there was pieces of biscuits left. The bed sheet of the 2 beds had holes in them. We were really disappointed for a Hilton. Also the location is really far away from the main attractions of the strip.

  Badly in need of cleaning Not enough towels and they were very worn No coffee or cups etc as advertised Did not know about the $100 deposit and had to ask them to check the room before we left so we could have the refund while we were present.
