  The free breakfast was really good and the reason we chose this hotel. I wish there were fruit options other than apples and oranges. The room was clean and the location was a convenient halfway point to our destination. My kids LOVED the arcade.

  Our check-in process was poor. The woman at the desk kept going out to smoke, which made the whole entrance smell smoky. She sent us up the wrong elevator to look for our room, which was actually in a separate wing of the hotel. We lugged all of our young children and all of our luggage to the wrong side of the hotel, took it all back downstairs, and once again she was out smoking outside. We rang the bell until she came back. She apologized for sending us up the wrong elevator and said, “I’ve had a really long day.” She had also apologized to my husband earlier, saying, “Sorry, I was dealing with a guest.” The workout facilities had a good variety of equipment, but the room smelled. The yoga mats looked VERY dirty.
