The location was perfect! Right across from the lake and close to many restaurants and shops. The view right outside the hotel was also stunning. We were able to take ‘Lime’ scooters to any locations that were farther than a 10 minute walk. The hotel was also very clean and tidy. And the amenities provided, laundry room, pool, hot tub, and bikes were also very helpful to our stay. The pool and hot tub were so nice to relax in after a day at the nearby beaches.

I don’t think there was really anything I didn’t like. The stay was perfect. The hotel does not offer housekeeping during your stay but that wasn’t much of an issue, me and my husband didn’t really need it, but if that is something you would want I would consider this. Breakfast is also not provided but I didn’t mind this either, you do get discounts at nearby restaurant locations instead.

Front desk staff was fairly rude to me over a mistake booking.com made. It's clear that that particular member of staff was quite upset that I was not following the rules she had made for herself. For a hotel at this price point I was surprised that the above floors you can hear every step. They seem to have forgotten to sound proof between floors. However between rooms is excellent unless there's no occupancy on either side of me.

The chair in the room was filthy, we asked for a sheet to cover it with so we could sit down. It was in dire need of an upgrade! Breakfast Was supposed to go til 10 we got there at 8:45 there was a few cold potatoes and some sausage patties, no coffee, no forks, we pushed the button for more food, some of the other 12 people that x came and left pushed the button as well. My husband went to get assistance any the front desk she came with an attitude to get some coffee making! At 9:30 someone came from the kitchen and said there wasn’t any more food till Tuesday! No eggs , 2 rotten apples and 1 ugly orange no pastries the dining area was nice looking it would have been fine if there was actually food,

Breakfast was a joke. They had a thing of 10 mini muffins from walmart thrown in there with a mandarin and a small granola bar. I booked there to save on breakfast. Needless to say..we still had to spend the money. And 2 tiny small pillows? That was a joke. But the above likes out weighed the dislikes. I would still recommend this hotel 1000 times over
