  Staff was friendly and very helpful. They were able to recommend good restaurants close by, and Bob drove us to and picked us up from the restaurant. The place was clean, and I liked the availability of a shuttle to downtown restaurants and attractions. Shuttle cost a little, but it was easier than trying to drive and park your own vehicle. It's worth extra money. I would definitely go back to this place next time.

  Pros: Quiet spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. AC & heating work well. Many outlets. Complimentary Dove toiletries. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Easy freeway access.

  Neutral: The hot breakfast was interesting. Two types of sausages and sausage gravy with burned biscuits. No eggs. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was an off morning.

  I didn't get the chance to enjoy the breakfast but it looked delicious and I just really enjoyed the cleanliness of the place!

  The view could have been a lot better. I noticed that if I book with someone other than the hotel it self they always give you the worst view like looking at the woods or a highway!

  A group of people lingering outside the room doors. After I entered my room this group moved to just outside my window and lingered there for over an hour. Made me feel uncomfortable. Clearly heard conversations and they were talking about me entering room alone. Did not feel safe and was unable to sleep.

  There was a situation where two of the male staff would not cease from entering our room after asking, yelling and signaling for them to stop. My wife and I used every possible way to communicate to them to leave but they kept coming until they were able to catch a glance of my naked wife in bed. The hotel manager was completely unequipped to handle this situation. The offenders are most likely still there so I suggest avoiding this property
