This was a cute duplex. You could not hear the neighbors. It was in a quiet community accessible to all amenities/stores. Washer and dryer on site. Bring your own detergent. They don’t have extreme requirements or rules. They are very common sense things. Inside was spacious and remodeled. They have the basics for kitchen supplies.

I was in a room with bugs . I broke out all on my arm ,and back; my legs , and my chest , and it itches. It forming like a rash. It’s also appears to be on my foot as well. This isn’t something I went through before at any hotel.

The fact that a lady who is a staff here knew about the room being infested with bugs . Might’ve had a few complaints in the same room I got bit up by bugs ; bed bug or something and never got me another room. She insisted it was mosquitoes And I never suffered from bed bugs I’m ashamed to even go out side , to show my skin, really feel like I wasted my money , risking my health just to keep out of trouble, and for safe travels.

I didn’t like the microwave turning off every 10 seconds. I didn’t like the black mold under the sink. I didn’t like being told the pet fee was waved just to be harassed by the staff even the the staff (Stephenie) had seen my dogs for 4 days, to be treated like garbage and made out to be a thief, accused of sneaking my dogs in. The dogs the front desk knew about and told me not to worry about the pet fee. when trying to explain this to the front desk, Stephanie had taken a hold of the phone Accusing me of sneaking in the dogs. I told that it was taken care of not wanting to get the guy who waived the fee in any trouble. She basically Said that either the guy stole the money or I snuck my dogs in those were the only two options I had. Then I get a call from the “owner” (I’m not sure I’m convinced that he was the actual owner) or someone claiming to be the owner not on the hotel phone but on my personal cell phone he was really nice at first and asked me to tell him my side of the story so because he was nice I was honest with him and I said I don’t wanna get anybody in trouble, but like you know that guy that checked me and waved the fee and he said that there’s a recording when I was checked in and that he had watched the video and said that I was lying and snuck in the dogs if there was a video recorded And no conversation between me and the clerk working that night ever happened and then I had snuck in my dogs. The pet fee is $20 per pet per night so they wanted $240 just right then in there and he gave me until 1 PM which at the time it was 12:35 PM so 25 minutes to come up with the money or he was calling the cops and having me removed from the premises. He said if he didn’t hear back from me by 1 PM he was calling the cops so of course I wasn’t able to come up with $240 and 25 minutes. I had called a friend to come get me and the dogs.

Parking was an issue many spots roped off so you couldn’t park for some reason or different things pipes and pallets in them so you couldn’t park no one watching the garage feels unsafe. Some staff was extra friendly other not at all the pool area needs updating and the indoor pool was disgusting
