  Took us forever to finally get checked in. The computer wasn’t showing our reservation as confirmed . It was sitting in computer as pending. After almost an hour, we finally found it in computer system under the name if the person staying in the second room. Although the reservations were put under my name.

  There was no ice machine and the ice maker in the suite kitchen made approximately one cube per hour. Throughout the night as each cube rattled noisily into the mostly empty catch basin and disturbed sleep.
