The hotel is in a great location. Staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Marvin in particular was going extra miles to help us solving issues during our stay. The room is clean. We changed our room due to some glitches. The room we moved in was wonderful with beautiful river view! The room was well insulated. Even though the hotel is located in the busiest part of Old Town, the room is quiet! We are local and had our anniversary stay-cation in Old Town. The hotel gave us a very nice experience, thanks to Marvin.

Some minor maintenance thing probably should be taken cared before guests check in. For example, the window shade in our first room got stuck, and cannot come down. There was no way we can sleep with this. That's why we changed room.

Nice quiet neighborhood with quick access to food and the beach. Owner was very easy to contact and replied quickly. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of clean towels. Will definitely add this to my favorites.

Awful service caused me to miss my flight. I left keys in my lockbox when checking out but when I told the front desk, they told me the room had not been cleaned yet. When I ran up to the room, it actually had already been cleaned - cleaners on the floor confirmed having called an engineer to empty the lockbox. I then had to wait again for the front desk’s attention - who sent me to the manager, rather than just tell me where lost and found was (no clear signage.) I repeatedly, respectfully, told everyone it was an emergency and I needed to catch my flight. The manager than directed me to security and security finally told me where lost and found was. By then, the only person with access to lost and found had gone on break and nobody else was willing to provide me with access. They wasted my time, could not care less that I was pressed for time. May at the front desk was especially unhelpful - had she simply pointed me to lost and found, I would have likely reached the only worker with access before they went on break.

We stayed in room #301, the carpets were very dirty, my wife thought a spot might have been blood. The bathroom tub has lost its sandpaper surface and was very slippery and there are no grab bars, we call the front desk for a rubber mat which they did not have. I decided to stay at extended stay really for the kitchenette, I was very surprised that upon entering only to find all the cupboards bare and only to find a card stating that if I wanted/needed any supplys I needed to get them from the front desk as also was the case with the hair dryer. In conclusion, I will never stay at an Extended Stay hotel again, I will pay the extra money for a Best Western. I also thought/felt the hotel is a transient stay hotel. Thank you

The bed,USB port was not working the iron was not working there was still trash on the bottom of the bed.
