I didn’t like the room We had to have the house keeping to change beds cause we had bugs and dirt in in the beds had them vacuum the floors wasn’t clean there was food left in cabinets in room the elevator smell like smoke the rooms above us was playing music all night kids running the floors early mornings was a really bad experience for myself and family. We will not be staying here again.

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Didn't huff and puff when asked for extra pillows or blankets that were needed. Rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options and they never ran out of anything and there were a lot of people there that morning.

The pool area only had a handful of towels in the cabinet at 8pm. There were a lot of kids there so we had to ask for more towels. The front desk person said they may not have time to bring more towels. The pool was cold, not warm at all. It is a salt water pool as well. In the room there aren't any pamphlets about the restaurant or bar that is on-site, they do tell you about it at check it, but pamphlets with hours and a menu would be nice to have in the room. You have to go to the restaurant to get a menu if you want one. We also had a room with a pull out sofa bed. No extra pillows or blankets so had to request and go down to get it.

larger than average rooms for a New York hotel. Daily room servicing. Nice cutlery and crockery. Very friendly staff except for one night desk manager who seemed unhappy to be in his job ! Supermarket just across the road

There's no dishwasher in the kitchenette. The gas hob leaks gas when switched on. No exhaust in the kitchen or bathrooms. Our room was an unfortunate experience as the previous guest had been smoking in the room in violation of hotel policy and the stale smoke lingered in the room for all of our stay, helped a little only by liberal use of airfreshner spray. the water drainage gaskets in the laundry washing machine drum were very dirty and took alot of cleaning before we could run a wash of our clothes

I am 6'0" and the bed was no longer than 5'10" from headboard to bottom end. The bed is built n between the bathroom wall and a widow, so no room to move. I could barely fit if I laid sideways (its not a wide bed either). I've never seen a bed this short!

Had a decent TV for such a small and compact room.

Lights were on all night, curtains diverted light into eyes and the "river" sounded like a washing machine that was on all night. And then there was this irritating fly in the room we could not seem to get rid of. They offered a complimentary breakfast starting at 6:30. We got up at 5:30am and were outa there by 5:45.
