Hotel and area was clean. A lot of restaurant options close to the facility. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room temperature was easily adjusted to my liking. Room smelled clean.

The bathroom was very small. I felt like they tried to utilize floor space and the bathroom suffered. Had to stand beside the toilet and shut the door before being able to sit in the toilet.

We loved the surroundings, proximity to town, quietness, and IVACAZ attention to comfort and charm. We ate outside on the patio amongst natures happiest creatures. Great water pressure.

I didn't like the fact that we had to leave. 😉 Bed was very comfortable and I'd consider removing the boxspring to reduce bed height. Just a thought.

Good location, clean and relatively quiet (located right on Highway 26) Good Mexican restaurant across the street and Safeway grocery a block away.

Breakfast could use improvement, the only thing offered was dry cereal (not even oatmeal packets) and coffee. No juice or even yogurt. They had a dining area and large counter space but nothing there.

One of the eyes on the stove didnt work housekeeping didn’t clean good my mom wiped the counter with a white wash cloth because there wasn’t a dish rag and it was dirty went to front desk because the tv wasn’t working in the living room i even put my own personal batteries in the remote still nothing they said they would send someone no one ever came this is my second time here I wont be back my mom’s tv in the second room kept going in and out yall lucky all she did was sleep the internet sucks last vacation here for the Edelen family sorry

The lady went checking out did not ask us what was wrong she wasn’t very nice at all she looked put out we were very upset the room was not a suite the bed was hard as a rock and we could not watch TV because the remote did not work it was horrible we left after being checked in for about five hours we didn’t stay the night in the room they even have a refrigerator in there that you are not allowed to use to put your drinks and they give you a bucket that only fits ice and one drink in it very disappointing

Very run down, needs major renovations. Disgusted by how old, dirty and broken the hotel is. Pieces of flooring are missing/broken, walls are dirty along with the carpet. Nasty smell in entire hotel. Plus no maintenance during the night if your toilet gets clogged!!!!
