Despite being in a busy area, you’d hardly know it. It’s beautifully landscaped and is a great tropical escape. The grounds were spotless and the room very comfortable. I was only able to stay one night, but enjoyed the pool and tiki bar along with a great view of the waterway.

Really enjoyed having a balcony on the beach and being able to leave the door open to listen to the ocean while falling asleep. Room was cleaned and perfect size for 2 people.

The 4 o'clock check in was late for the amount of money that was paid for the room. Unfortunately, I did not see that when I booked. Was told the room was not ready but not sure about that information. The next day, we saw people checking in early, before 4pm.

Location was easy to navigate around the city. Across from the park and if you wanted to walk for exercise there is a larger park down the way.

Beds very uncomfortable and fitted sheets didn’t fit well. Very small shower. Thin walls. The key cards never worked on first time, had to try multiple times to enter building and room. Advertised with washer/dryer facility and it wasn’t working. Was told from the desk a crazy person caught it on fire the month before. First night there came back from dinner and there were police officers in lot. Not sure what happened but never a great feeling on night one. Breakfast offerings not super impressive.

The neighborhood looked lovely. But very far from the highway.

The hotel was under construction. The staff did not indicate this. It wasn't until you checked in and got to the elevator that a small sign was posted saying expect to hear construction from 9am to 5pm. When the elevator opened you were staring into a room being renovated. There were plastic sheet hanging blocking off the hall way, et. When i went downstairs the front desk said they just changed to comfort in and they were remodeling. The breakfast sausage was not cooked thoroughly. It was just a shabby hotel for the price. The location was also very, very far from the highway. There was a sign outside about the hotel not being responsible for theft to your car.
