  Beautiful Property with incrediblestaff. Really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and affordable. Had a good workout room, very nice pool, and a very good breakfast. Plus the complementary drinks during happy hour was an unexpected treat, and a very kind gesture.

  It was clean. The gentleman on duty in the morning apologize about the poor customer service the night before, so props to him. I feel awful, I can’t remember his name.

  Unfortunately, quite a bit. We feel we paid premium price for a property that was far inferior to another location. The airport shuttle was a minivan, and there was very poor communication. The minivan picked up passengers from three different hotels, and our reservation we had made the day beforegot lost overnight, along with six other guests. It was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

  The roof over my head. The price was nice on the internet….show up is a depreciated, place in need of multiple basic upkeep repairs. The place is dirty, not just dingy.

  Depressing, place could be a gen if it was cleaned up. The staff is almost non existent. Until the pound on neighboring room and have a yelling match with the client next door.

  I loved the location, it is next to the Amtrak station and close to downtown area with all the shops.

  the hostel bed was very squeaky and rooms were coed. I would prefer a non coed room for comfort. I was next to the doorway and it was way too loud and you can hear everyone talking past the quiet hour.
