The location was in a quiet area, which was great for us. It was a short drive to most attractions. There were several restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. The loft is both beautiful and all but one bedroom is accessible. This was important to us as we were with my 87-year-old mother who could not walk far or handle many steps. We loved the layout and the cleanliness. The living room area was comfortable with a nice table for playing games. We also liked that the parking area was gated and secure. The showers were amazing!

First of all, I would gladly stay here again, so these things were very minor. The bed frames in the loft bedrooms were very squeaky. The noise kept us up the first night. Fortunately, we were the only ones sleeping up there, so we were able to get a good night's sleep in the day bed. We couldn't get the light or the fan over the dining table to work, so we don't know if the batteries in the remote were dead or if the light was out. The toilet paper was a bit scratchy. The TV in one bedroom wasn't connected to anything.

The room was great. The fresh clean smell of the hotel was amazing. I didn't get a chance to ask the staff what they use, but it was really nice!

I stayed at 7 different hotels during this road trip. This was the only location that charged me to park my car overnight in the hotel parking lot. I understand it is close to the airport and some hotels charge non-paying customers to park their cars in their lots overnight. But to charge a paying customer who is staying in your hotel for the night to park their car? Kinda ridiculous!
