The property was lovely. Well suited for a vacation with 6 adults and 4 children and 3 dogs. We had room to celebrate, cook and just hang out. Everyone enjoyed the arcade in the basement. It was close to the lake and there were plenty of places for hiking, or just walking. The hot tub was a big hit and meals on the deck were lovely.

The dishwasher didn’t work and although the staff tried to get it fixed we were without it for the entire visit. Also, the basement bedroom was quite cold but not a deal breaker. We would have rated this location as excellent if we had had the use of the dishwasher. No dishwasher with 10 people and most meals at the location was no bueno.

Very clean. Maid service was amazing!!! Ladies in the office were most helpful, kind and courteous. Location to the boardwalk and beach entrance were amazingly close. My 86 year old mother-in-law was able to walk the distance. Nice boardwalk seating at this entrance too/with shade.

It was very difficult to know what you were purchasing as there were so many different buildings being rented at this website. They are all associated with the one owner but you may not realize they are in different buildings. Some of the buildings are not suitable for elderly people (stairs/elevator out of service). It was our first time in ocean city, NJ and first time renting. Very difficult. We did not understand what we purchased. GOD was good to us and as I went to front desk to tell them the unit we rented was not accommodating to our elderly relative - another guest was registering and offered her room to us. It would have been awful IF she had not come forward and been kind. The desk was trying to help us but there was nothing available. The room we changed to was inadequate in space for three people. It was minuscule. It was immaculately cleaned by their maid service!!! Cannot say enough about the staff.

Beds were comfy and it was really clean. Easy, fast check in. The view was great. Pretty quiet

Only one working elevator and it was pretty slow. The continental breakfast was lacking. The eggs weren't good and the syrup tasted like sugar free maple syrup. Everything else was fine though.

Towel rack barely attached to the wall. Couldn’t turn the faucet on with hitting the rim of the mirror. Overall, felt like this hptel needs some TLC. But Camden is pretty expensive so I probably would’ve still picked this place again for our one night stay. And would just keep my expectations lower.

Terrible mattress that sinks in middle. Bathroom fan combined with light. Television should have printed instructions to get stations. Window curtain does not close completely. Mirror reflects bathroom light into sleepers’s eyes.
