We love the convenience of everything near this hotel. We could take the subway anywhere as well as walk to most every historical site and wonderful restaurants. The most difficult part was getting our car from the garage. That is NO reflection on the hotel….there were just one way streets and it took a bit to maneuver to get to the front of the hotel for loading up our belongings at the end of our stay. We adore Missy, the nighttime front desk receptionist….so very friendly and even remembered us from our stay here a year ago! We love this hotel and will always stay here when visiting DC. We recommend it to everyone!

Your restaurant and your valet people were exceptionally great. Their service was spot on.

Train your Front End staff. They were kind of lost for lack of a better word. For example we ask how to get to certain places being we didn't know are way around. They looked at us like a deer in the headlights. We had a refrigerator not working at which time i reported it to a employee at the front desk. Nothing ever happened

The representative on duty at night was neither very friendly nor very approachable. The drop-off area for guests isn’t very safe for everyone, especially for older adults and guests with disabilities.

The location in proximity to the boardwalk and amenities. The price was great, but I caught some unusual deal at the time. Normally it would have been close to if not a thousand for 4 days.

The place is semi run down and rickety and there were bed bugs, my wife was bit on her leg. All beds had bedbug barriers except one and when we looked at it, it had so much bedbug excrement and blood on it. We had them come up and put a barrier on it and then they apologized. The toilet was coming apart and the walls looked like some one started mudding it and stopped and said we'll whatever. The drawers were falling apart and the mirrors were cracked and the windows in the lobby were cracked. Should have been called "Beach We Don't Care Terrace". We had to bag whatever we slept in each night and go to a laundromat at the end of our trip and throw our clothes in a dryer so we don't bring home any bedbugs. Just ugggghhhh.
