Well, where should I begin. First, the website stated that it was a king suite, with a hot tub. No hot tub. Second, the website stated that there was a swimming pool. No swimming pool. Next, I dont think I have ever been to a hotel that didn't offer a free breakfast. No continental breakfast. There's absolutely no way that room should have been $300 for the two nights. I will be contacting you, the hotel, and anyone else, if need be, about how this situation played out. False advertisement, to the fullest.

The library, park, and community center (pool) were very convenient for keeping younger kids busy. The location was also generally convenient as far as location to main roads//highways There were some bigger storms at the beginning of our stay, and Lucas kept us up to date with electricity and wifi in a prompt manner. Any questions or concerns received a prompt response.

The room was absolutely fine and had good AC and a nice view. The kitchen and laundry both had detergent which was nice.

The information provided to me via email turned out to be completely false. The email specified room number K205, which did not exist. The only rooms on the property that could have matched were KKA205 and KKB205. Due to this fact and neither of the buildings having any signage with the hotel name, I assumed I was lost and had stumbled upon privately owned apartments or condos. I called the phone number provided in the email and was connected to an off shore call center where “Derek” tried to give me directions to the hotel. Due to the call center being off shore, he did not actually know what the property looked like and could not verify whether I was at the correct location. I asked to speak to front desk staff and he informed me that there was no front desk because my unit had remote check in. After confirming that the sign by the road said “Castle Kailani”, he assured me I was at the right hotel, so I began asking why my email stated that I was in room K205 if there was no unit with that number. He explained that there was a building A and a building B and I was in building B. This seemed unlikely, as building B clearly did not have an ocean view. He insisted that I was in building B. I reiterated that there was no “K205” in either building and when I said “KKB205?” He would say “yes.” Then I would say “but my email says I am in room K205” and he would say “yes” again. He apologized profusely for the issues, which did not help as none of this was his fault, nor did he have the tools available to solve the issue. At this point he said he had an idea and that he would call one of their sister companies to confirm. A few minutes later he called me back but still did not have an explanation for the room number or contact information for who I could speak to. At this point I had to leave for dinner reservations. I left my luggage in my brother’s room at a different hotel, this doesn’t even explain how I was able to get into my room but I’m at the character limit

Everythiing the room was dirty. There were broken items in the room and no light or fan in the camode, The floor was discusting. The breadfast was non existant, was not set up on time ther for did not eat the food.
