The check-in experience was terrible, especially arriving at 1 a.m. after a flight with elderly parents and small kids. The receptionist was unhelpful, placed us on separate floors, and insisted we deal with booking.com instead of resolving the issue. She was difficult to communicate with and made excuses rather than helping. Thankfully, the next day another staff member helped move us to rooms next to each other, but the first impression was extremely disappointing.

Staff was excellent. We had 12 family members gather for a couple of days before a cruise. Let us use the lobby as our living room to socialize. Coffee bar and lemon water always available. Supplied extra chairs for seating. Convenient to walk to the space Needle and other venues. A few blocks to the Monorail or the free shuttle to Pike Market. Would definitely stay again.

The only good thing about this place is checking out and leaving. Don’t bring a pet unless you wanna get screwed out of your deposit for “dog hair” even if you deep clean the room yourself. Greedy people and i definitely won’t be back

The staff are rude, they charge you extra for pets and then deny your deposit no matter how much you clean the room, stating that it would take my entire deposit in order to excuse the dog hair, which was nonexistent due to me personally cleaning it every day myself. Greedy staff and overall a terrible experience.

Had an excellent stay here- I love that it’s pet friendly so I was able to bring my small dog with me. Very clean and great location, able to walk to everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

It was close to lego land and the lego areas where kids could play was fun for my son to build lego with others.

It was old, it was depressing, staff were ok but seemed not happy with their job, one guy told my son to not build too big of a lego as it can be a hazard? I mean what has the world gotten to? The kids cant build lego in a lego land hotel and he also told him to not take it home! Who would want to?!

My only real issue is that the 2 single beds in the upstairs room were quite soft and one of them had a bit of a slant. Those should be replaced.

Our room smelled like a dirty dog and despite airing it out the entire time the smell never improved. Oddly enough the back door to the room cannot be opened with your room key, so you will need to walk around the hotel from the back lawn.

The shower stall was so small. You could not get clean below the waist. I had to go out to use the bathroom on the floor to take a shower.
