Excellent Staff. We liked the it had a small kitchenette, and chairs to watch TV. We booked the "suite", so we also had a sofa. When there were "issues", they were addressed quickly. Shaded parking, cooking facilities -- and they accept pets.

Uncomfortable bed. We were there for 2 weeks, and the bed was hard to take. Apparently some people found the beds comfortable, & said so in reviews -- so I was very disappointed. My husband, who rarely complains, was unable to sleep comfortably. We asked to change rooms -- but were told the beds were all the same. The kitchenette was sparsely equipped as expected -- BUT, just at the end of our 2-week stay we accidentally stumbled across an area where Guests could "borrow" an appliance if needed. In the mean time, we had purchased a coffee maker at GoodWill to replace the provided 2-cup coffee maker that didn't work. The staff happily also fixed a broken cabinet, plus replaced a broken chair, and broken recliner. The property is "tired", but serves its purpose as it accepts pets -- even larger dogs & cats, and has cooking facilities, as well as shaded parking.

The room was beautiful for the price. Robes and a corner room with lots of light. Welcome prosecco. Bar was open and bartender was nice. Outside seating to enjoy it.

Our room was disgusting there were cigarette burns in the bed ,the bed frame was broken, people were smoking weed right outside all balcony levels and there no weather stripping on the doors. There was also mold in the bathroom and on the shower curtain and there was water in the tub like someone had just been in the room.

Why do all hotels think you need a comforter, even in the summer! A light cover with the down option on top would have been appreciated - we ended up using just the sheet.

I stepped into the shower with one foot and slipped. Thankfully I was holding onto the handicapped bar, but hit the outside of the tub with my knee. Evidently the tub had not been washed out properly and had a residue of cleaning soap which made it slick
