There were for some reason bad reviews all over booking .com on this hotel. Why. Don’t know. The person who stayed the most in the hotel after check in loved it and could not find a bad thing about. It next rep to Utah she wants to stay again in this very hotel

The TV remote didn't work. The staff tried to change is 3 times for over a hour. It still wouldn't work. Fridge didn't work. Door didn't work. Phone didn't work. Not happy with that after the price of the room for 2 nights.

Shower curtain was too small (not long enough to stay closed). Two bottles of water and 2 vending machine sized snacks, Nutter Butter bites and Oreo Bites, hit me up for $25 from the concession stand next to the front desk not room service. It was because of these 2 things that it wasn't rated a 10. Value for the money was otherwise great.

The room was suppose to be handicap accessible. It was not. The door was barely wide enough for my husband's mobility chair to fit through. The room smelled. The carpet was disgusting and the tile floor when sticky when you walked on it. The bed was so high that my husband could barely get in and the mattress was so uncomfortable. The bathroom faucet had so much lime built up on it. There were questionable stained on the wall up by the ceiling and the ceiling was peeling off along with the paint. And it was on the second floor. How is ok to have a handicapped room on the second floor. If there was fire we would not have been able to get out because he is in a chair. If it wasnt for us having to be in town for an appointment at the hospital we would not have stayed here.
