The accommodations were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay a lot. It was nice to have some breakfast items in the common area that were available and use the comfortable lounge with tables and chairs there for have our breakfast. The staff was so friendly and Katelyn gave us great recommendations about touring the area including a nice hike and going to the Homestead museum in Soldatna.

The sink was besides the bed instead of the large bathroom, so I didn't have a nightstand.

Staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and spacious, though the air conditioner sounded like an animal was stuck in the unit. Water pressure was wonderful, but the shower curtain didn't do well to keep the water off of the floor.

I am not a fan of the brand of hair care and body wash product line. The smell was okay, but definitely not as nice as other places I have stayed. Please provide more of the larger bath towels as not everyone is a size 7!

Internet didn’t work first 4 days of our stay, the tv didn’t work the first 4 days out of 5 days we stayed, the water was cold and barely ran out of the shower the ENTIRE stay limiting us on showering because couldn’t rinse off, no broom for sand, did not even see any staff until less than 12hrs before our departure and he fixed the tv and Internet after we literally suffered for the first 4 1/2 days there, so we had internet and tv literally, one night. Cops were there dealing with people fighting in the facility. The pictures are an ABSOLUTE SCAM. DIRTY. This place is crooked. Literal lizards everywhere inside the room, cover nasty, shower nasty, nothing had been cleaned properly. We stayed a total of 5 days and had 4 towels for our entire family for the entire stay, two trash bags in which they wanted our linen in or we’d be charged a fee, even though we had days worth of trash. Horrible horrible experience.
