It was close enough to restaurants and downtown but far enough away for noise

The property is for sale and so everything is bare bones here.

Title: Overpriced, Outdated, and Full of Issues – Disappointing Stay I booked a stay at this hotel expecting a luxurious experience, but it fell far below expectations, especially considering the high price. Room Condition: The room was outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever encountered – it sagged so badly on one side that I had to fight to keep from falling out of it. Definitely not the level of comfort I was expecting for the price. Microwave & Patio Issues: The microwave had broken front feet, which meant the door wouldn’t even open properly. We couldn't use it at all, and despite notifying the front desk, nothing was done about it. Additionally, the patio had loose tiles, creating a tripping hazard that made it uncomfortable to walk around. Noise Problems: The double doors in the room kept banging all night from the air duct system, making it impossible to get any sleep. For a hotel charging these rates, I expected far better soundproofing. A soliciter knocked loudly at midnight then slid a menu from a local pizza place under the door. Scared the heck outta me. Bathroom: The bathroom was ridiculously small and cramped. It felt like a tiny closet, which is definitely not what you’d expect from a "luxury" hotel. The beach is gone from hurricane Milton. Not Hilton's fault but let a booking customer know that they'd need to walk a 1/4 mile down to the pier for beach access. Don't get me started on the $50 / day valet parking and the $50 / day resort fee.... Overall, this stay was a major disappointment. With all the issues we encountered, I won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend looking for a different option unless they make significant improvements.

The location and front desk staff were probably the only upside to this hotel. Front desk staff were very nice.

The room and the bathroom were dirty, cob webs in the corners, shower was dirty and needed a deep clean. The bed was uncomfortable.
