  Clean, bed was comfortable, quiet property, felt very safe (I was a solo female traveler), great location, laundry facility uses app which was easy and could monitor cycle times on my phone.

  NO PARKING AVAILABLE! Not even down a ways from the location. So we couldn't stay because of this. Our sole reason for staying here was because we had tickets to the Timbers game at Providence Park. It should've been perfect - walking distance to Providence Park, somewhere to legally park our car, reasonable rates for a room.. But nope! Not only did we waste money on a room we couldn't use here, we spent more money to pay for parking half a mile away in the other direction of the city. Parking that expired at midnight. We also ended up spending more money to get another room for the night elsewhere in Portland. WHAT A DAMN WASTE OF MONEY, TIME, and gas driving around the area for an hour hoping to find parking!

  The room was tiny with barely working bathroom door, broken hair drier, no hand soap. Half of the place closed for renovations? Nothing to explore on site. No kids activities. For $650/night I expected better. Will not stay at the property.
