The apartment was clean, roomy (for 2 and up to 3), with all the expected amenities and more. The Booking.com site listed parking, hair dryer, washer/dryer not available. NOT TRUE, you can park at the front or back, and the stacked washer and dryer works. The location is within walking distance to the beach. Overall, very good value and nice place to stay. We would definitely book this place again when we return in the future.

We checked in and went to the room and it was discussing…there was dead spiders on the ceiling. The bathroom faucet was full of dried up spit/toothpaste. There was burn marks on the counter and the toilet didn’t flush. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room and the room smelled like smoke. I called the front desk and she brought us a plunger and I was done…I told her we couldn’t stay there and I checked out!

Desk attendant wouldn't print me a check out receipt. She said I had to get a receipt from booking.com. I told her I've always gotten printouts when I check out and she told me "No, you haven't ". She was rude and I still don't have a receipt for my stay.

Dirty rooms, also black mold, damage to walls and fixtures, no locking deadbolt (or any security feature) to secure hotel room door. No water pressure, dirty tub, can of bug spray on front windowsill, no breakfast ( hotel advertises free breakfast), bad potholes in parking lot and drive. Manager and clerk have attitude when questioned about issues or asked to fix any of them.

Location is great, super close to Javits, not far from Times Square. The parking associated with it wasn’t great or cheap but was more convenient than that of most hotels in the area. Rooftop bar was very nice, music was way too loud though.

First day of booking was canceled due to late arrival even though I called ahead, apparently the message was not properly relaid as I was told it was. Because if this I had to wait half a day after arrival to get into my room. Paper thin walls, could hear every single thing the people in rooms near mine were doing. WiFi was super slow and just straight up didn’t work sometimes. Elevator was broken on my floor and I had to go to a different floor to use the elevator. On my two elevators (1 for half the stay due to maintenance) so there was always a long line to get into crowded elevators. Lobby was always overflowing with people waiting to go on tours or getting into rooms.
