It was directly on the beach, it was clean, chairs and umbrellas were available on the beach for free, if you needed to get to the boardwalk you could get a ride free of charge, pick up and drop off were at the Ocean Madison.

It was pricey for what you got, the pool and hot tub were only open until 9:00 pm.

The location was fine. We didn't stay there long enough for breakfast. But we were there prior and breakfast was ok. The pool was good for the kids to enjoy while we were there.

The bathroom was not working well. Had to fill up the trash can with water to throw in the toilet for waste to go down. I didn't know outside guess weren't allowed to join us at the pool. A staff member got my attention and asked if we were all staying there the day I was there. When I informed her it was just two of us. She told me she had to charged me $40 for each family member that were in the pool. My mistake was I didn't read the rules about outside folks being in the pool. But $40 dollars was a bit ridicules if you ask me. The room needed to be better cleaned. And the shower was filthy. So for that I cancelled my last reservations with you guys.

1. Room size too small and room tariff very high when compared to room size 2. Refreshment time is hardly 2 hours. It should be 3 hours same as other hotels 3. Even a single minute allowance flexibility is not seen for the Refreshment by the Staff 4. Another room of our friend couple was without room mirror..Not expected and acceptable. Even the Staff allotting the room was unaware about it. 5. Terms and Conditions are very strict

Condition. Tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work. Hair from previous guests was in the shower. Whole facility had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast was so basic we didn’t even eat.
