When I checked in I had to use a kiosk because no one was there. I don’t like that. Also I made the mistake of checking the blanket with a black light and it was disgusting. Slept in the room with no blanket and checked out as early as we could. Unless they start cleaning their linens this place is nasty.

That i was charged $279.00 for a room with no air-conditioning. It hadn't had air conditioning for days and didn't advise me so I could make an informed decision if I wanted to stay there or not. I was stuck having to stay because I couldn't get help through booking.com or holiday inn. Both saying the other company had to make a decision on a refund or compensation. Therefore, I had to stay in a hotel room that was too hot to sleep in and was force to sleep with the balcony door open to get air leading to me not feeling safe or secure during the night. My daughter didn't sleep well either. Im so mad and disgusted with the lack of help I will never use booking.com again or stay in another Holiday Inn. I will also warn the public to never book through booking.com on all the social media I can find so the public is aware of the deceptive practices and lack of care for the people who spend their hard earned money on geedy corporations.
