The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”

      The staff that checked us in was amazing especially the gentleman that did our check in. He definitely made our experience with your hotel memorable & we definitely will be staying at your hotel anytime & every time we find ourself needing a great place to relax & enjoy family time or just time together we definitely will be staying at your Best Western Inn Suites Tucson Foothills. I really wish I knew the gentleman name that checked us in please tell him we said thank you so much for making our stay one of the best experiences that we have had!!       The room was a little dirty. There was stuff splattered on the walls in the kitchen area as well as more then a little dirt in all the corners & in one corner in the kitchen area in front of the closet doors was well we weren't sure but it looked like an animal had been in the room & peeed & it didn't get cleaned up. Our room was very nice & clean with those two exceptions.

      Blood on pillow cases! Pillows nasty, remote didn't work, had to take to desk 3 limestone get working one. Ice box didn't work! Overall terrible!

      There's nothing in the room to tell you about the area. Dining, stuff to do. After we would leave someone would come in the room. Don't know what they did. Breakfast was awful. Would not recommend.
