the property was really close to the concert venue, and it was also really close to six flags. it was a decent era to stay at. had no problems while there, and it was pretty comfortable.

the tv wouldn’t work no matter how hard we tried, and there was ROACHES everywhere. they where in the restroom, shower curtains, and when i unplugged the hair dryer a roach came out of the outlet. these aren’t roaches from the outside, they were small roaches that usually come from not being clean.

The room was very rundown, the air conditioner worked sporadically. It would be freezing during the day and sweltering during the night you could not adjust anything on the thermostat, it was fixed to one setting. The TV in the room was a 32” and even after someone came up and switched remotes, it was difficult to use the TV and the phone in the room was broken so you couldn’t call the front desk directly. Room service never came to check if I needed more towels, and when I checked in, there were two towels and one washcloth and one hand cloth. And a half a roll of toilet paper. There were feces on the wall next to the toilet paper roller. The bathtub was dirty, cracked with dirty grout, which was also missing throughout the tiles. The back of the bathroom door was broken. There was wood missing and there were stick on plastic hooks you buy at the dollar store stuck to the bottom of the door. There was a stain across the vanity, and the lightbulbs were blown out so it operated as a night light at best. The knobs to turn the lights on and off next to the bed were very difficult to turn and were partially stuck. The room was on the street side of the hotel and there was standing water along the side that you had to walk through, which was the drainage from the roof and the air conditioners to get to your room. There’s no elevator or ramp so if you have any disabilities, this is not a place you can stay without difficulty. Parking was difficult because the lot was not big enough and when I checked in, I was told that I could park across the street at another property and carry my luggage over. The toiletries included a hand pump on the wall I sent an email after checking in, I called the front desk the next morning and spoke to someone, they said they would get back to me, and that afternoon, I eventually I had to go down to the front desk and speak to somebody in person. The front desk staff stated they sent a message on the booking.

The atmosphere was amazing. I loved the hot tub and decor, and the fact that everything was provided from pots and pans to dishes it made it feel like a home not just a hotel or somewhere to sleep it was a great getaway!

The first night, we had an ant problem, but they were quick to provide us with bug spray, and I found the bed to be way too soft but that was just my preference others could like that
