We loved the location—within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping opportunities. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything one could wish for. While there was no laundry in the apartment itself, there was a shared laundry room (quarters needed). The on-site staff were very nice and helpful. The pool area was wonderful, but my favorite part was the balcony overlooking the ocean. We saw spinner dolphins and sea turtles while sitting there, and the sound of the waves crashing onto shore was the perfect white noise machine. I haven’t slept that well in a long time! We would come back in a heartbeat.

I was Great , We Loved the view of the lake and wildlife we seen every morning & evening sitting on the porch , comfortable beds , cute little house with everything we needed , private and a great getaway , if you want to get out of the city and into the country this is a wonderful getaway.

I liked everything connected to the hotel itself. My problem is the piratical Cafe Maurice. Though the staff were nice and hard working, there is NO WAY a fried egg on a bagel should cost more than $20.

The breakfast was wonderful. The food serving staff were very accommodating. The restaurant was the best part of our stay.

At 5’6” it was almost impossible to get into the shower. An antique tub with a shower curtain that would cling to your body while you were bathing made it very hard to shower. If it had not been for the sink being next to the shower we would not have been able to get in or out without help. Housekeeping was poor at best. We will never return!
