Pros.....location is excellent proximity to the main strip (just over 1 mile). The kids loved the pool, the multiarcade game and the bunk room. The house overall is lovely. I liked the lime washed shiplap throughout the house, wide hallways and stairwells. The adults enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were very nice. 2 king rooms, the bunkroom (all with private baths) and pool table with a multicade game console upstairs. The main level was kitchen, dining and open family room with a half bath. The lower level is the pool room, theater room, half bath and 3rd king suites with private bath. The management company was quick to respond to all emails and text messages.

Cons... A day or 2 after I had finally chosen a vacation rental I received a text message that they were cancelling my reservation because they were new to Booking.com and had forgotten to add in the cleaning fees. They told me i could pay the $420 in cleaning fees and they would give me 10% off of my $1700+ 3 night rental. (That did not happen but the other house that i was looking at had already been booked so i didnt have much choice). when we arrived, there was a random dirty spoon on the deck railing, overgrown landscaping with trash in it, an unsecured bear box with trash bags hanging out of the front and the house was hotter inside than outside (in late August). There were thermostats on each floor, box fans in each room along with ceiling fans and additional room ACs in an upstairs bedroom and in the basement bedroom. (This tells me they know they have issues with the system). The fridge does not cool well (and they know this since they posted on the front that you may need to use ice or a cooler in the fridge). Overall the house was very clean, however, I knocked down entirely too many cobwebs inside the house and a few other items were not wiped down, to be paying someone $420 to clean the premises. The tan felted pool table was covered in blue chalk, the hot tub cover was difficult to open (not sure if there is a tear in the cover fabric or a break in it that made it a little extra heavy or if thats just how heavy that one is). In the basement bedroom, there was only 1 bath towel (for a room that sleeps 4), the futon was broken (nearly fell in the floor trying to sit and put my shoes on) and all of the Roku devices, for each room that has a TV, is dangling off of the TVs. Not only that but most of the batteries were dead. And I believe there are multiple on the same frequency. (Changing the channel in the basement (when you can get it to change- i had to watch live news channel all weekend) will change the TV in the primary bedroom.

Room and bed were very good. Staff was friendly and met all of our needs. I was there to rest for an early surgery at a hospital 5 minutes away, so location, location, location. Valet parking was expensive but went without a hitch.

Elevators were very noisy closing doors and the lights on the panel weren't always lighting to indicate the floor you wanted. The elevators need some work.

I was very disappointed with this gym. The location was small, the equipment was very minimal and outdated, and the air ventilation was poor. Since having access to a quality gym is very important to me, this experience fell far below my expectations.

The location was basically in an alley behind subway with a daycare 40 yds away - it didn't have the "cabin in Wyoming" feel, views or ambience portrayed in the pictures, descriptions or price. The AC had to be turned OFF in order to sleep. It seemed like a converted 3 car garage clobbered up to make a motel.
