When I checked in the woman @ the desk was lovely. The grounds are pretty decent. The grounds were sufficient. Parking was fine.

I asked for an accessible room because of mobility issues -'(not a wheelchair user.) I had to go down steps to get to my room - so not a great start. The bathroom had clearly been updated with bars, wheelchair accessible sink even a bathing tub table. However, the shower configuration would be useless to someone in a chair. The big issue I had was actually in the morning. I received a text message I'm sending me to the app asking me to say what time I was checking out. I did that and I said 11:00 a.m.. somebody came and pounded on my door around now at 9:30 and when I opened it my dog ran out. So I grabbed my dog. The door closed behind me. And locked. When I went to the front desk, barefoot and holding my 30 lb dog, the woman behind the desk, someone different than the evening before, was incredibly rude when I explained the situation and she told me. Oh, it looks like you were checking out, and I explained no. I used your app and I picked 11:00 a.m. at that point she told me to calm down. I was not uncalm in any way shape or form, I was tired and in pain, but I was but I was calm. At no point did I raise my voice or anything like that but she told me to calm down, 30 years in hospitality. I would never tell a guest to calm down, especially when they're standing barefoot in the lobby. Lobby trying to get back into their room. I will admit that when I left, I did kind of slam the keys or rather the cards down and told her to have the day that she deserved. Was probably a little harsh hot, however, she needs to do better. The breakfast that our voucher paid for was very good. The rooms were clean and roomy enough. Staff is friendly.

We stayed in a two queen beds room. The beds were not comfortable. They dipped on one side and in the middle. I think they could use new mattresses.

Some comfortable patio furniture on the patio. More towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. Maybe the pool areas could put in ramps for people with disabilities. This way all could use and enjoy them. I have Parkinson's so hard to go up and down all those steps.

It wasn't clean, every night there was something going on with the police & fire department. Nobody came to clean the room or restock towels, we were there 3 days. Continental breakfast was lacking

The entire hotel needs an update. Hallways were very dirty. Looks and smells old. Pool area needs updating. Breakfast was poorly supplied, while we were there multiple things ran out and no one around to refill. So the whole area is what I would call run down so the hotel isn't really out of place here, just don't expect anything better next door either.
