The items in the room were in disrepair. Shower curtain almost coming out of the wall. (Brackets); coffee clip to put coffee bag in coffee pot to use was missing and I had to go searching for one. Alot of noise from those going in and out the door to the ice machine and laundry and pool area. Some sort of sound proofing to keep the door from slamming would be helpful. Our room was right there and the noise started alot about 7 in the morning. Improvements to to be made to update the rooms.

Windows are filthy. Water is not hot enough for a comfortable shower. Scraped knuckles to open fridge. Breakfast was meh, and oatmeal was not covered by the ten dollar voucher. For an above average cost, average. Also if a guest wants to stay an extra night you should try to accommodate them.

Staff was not professional nor welcoming. I had my reservation done with a debit card, I waited with my son in the car on a very hot day waiting for 1:00 to do check like the website indicates that 1:00-2:00 you can check in, there were 3 staff members there in the office, the staff member that I approached (because she didn't even said how can I help you) saw I had on my hand my license & debit card to check I and said rudely " you can't check in you have to wait until 2:00 pm otherwise pay $40 to check in now, she never mentioned you have to give 200 dollars deposit in cash since she saw my cards. We decided to wait, came back at 1:59 pm and the same woman at the counter didn't even acknowledged our presence until after 2:00 pm then the woman that was going to process our check in left and another woman came to process our reservation then says you have to leave a 200 dollar deposit, I was mad because they didn't say that in the beginning, had to go to the bank and come back in order to get the key to the room. Finally we go in the room, there where little pieces of trash in the floor it looked dirty, the shower didn't have body soap in the container. We were lucky we brought our own. The WiFi signal was very weak, kept loosing the signal. Overall our stay was not pleasant since the initial of our check-in. There was also a spider web hanging from the ceiling. Won't come back. I would of gave it a Zero but I didn't have that option on this review.
