The understanding hospitality of the front desk manager for the night, and the beds. And can’t forget the breakfast in the morning! I had started the booking as my husband and myself were pulling into Tehachapi and wound up making a reservation here at the Baymont Hotel and by the time I had confirmed we were going to call it a night and stay the time ticked past midnight so the booking reservation switched without notice until the moment I had clicked for my card to process the payment and wound up reserving a room for the next day. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in regards to the minor mistake while using technology. He got us into a room under my husbands name and was prompt on steps to get the first booking resolved.

Hotel was in a good location, very clean, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty good, with omelets, yogurt, pancake maker, etc

We had a room on the second floor, right off the elevator . The noise was incredible. There were kids running up and down the hall. We could hear people walking above us. Doors closing in the Nextdoor rooms. We could hear everything. Thank God it was only one night. The outside of the hotel was still decorated like it was 4th of July, not sure why.

the place had a ver derty carpet and lamp shades the desk had a missing front board the TV did not work though 3 remotes were there. there was damage to the mirrors scracted into them. even after I called about the TV and told her of the 3 remotes that did not work nothing was done thought she aid she would sens someone! I also ask if they had a place I could do laundry ands she sais yes but the dryer did not work. I asked if their was a place i could go to do it she said no! but there was a place!
