It's a no frills affordable motel suitable for a one night stopover. Beds are comfortable and there's a fridge and small microwave in the room. The continental breakfast was a bit better than expected, but expectations were very low. Real milk for the very weak coffee, bananas and apples and some not horrible yogurt were available.

The air conditioner was very loud. It was unusually warm in Maine and the room had no ventilation, so A/C was necessary. While the room was clean, the rug was iffy. No stains, just a lot of shoes walked over that thing.

The hotel was beyond my expectations--- the only thing they could have added was a small continental breakfast bar included. The valet service was exceptional and your front desk staff represents you so well

The room I reserved online didn't match the one they gave us. Wouldn't accommodate but wanted us to upgrade for $244.00 on top of what I've already paid. Booking.com told us they were supposed to accommodate us at no extra cost and Sandestin ended up cancelling the rooms and I have not received the $572 refund I paid and staff said they sent a cancellation to Booking com but not sure if they really did send one and I will contact Booking com.

Had problems with rooms. First room wasn't cleaned, so I had to go back and get a different room. Second room key card didn't work. Thankfully third time was the charm. Another problem was the air conditioner leaking onto the floor. The carpet under it was soaked. As was the carpet by the ice machine, which was wet enough you could hear and feel it while walking on it.
