It was cleaned every day by the staff. It had everything we needed to make our little meals.   I didn't have time to try their breakfast; seemed like average hotel fare, though. Really nice little kitchenette in the room so if you were staying a while you could bring food and beverages. There is a coffee maker, but it takes the disc pods, not grounds. But, there is a coffee station in the breakfast area, so unless you want some late at night caffeine you likely don't need the coffee pot. Very quiet stay; I was in the back of the building and up on the 3rd floor overlooking some woods. Ample parking. And, very clean. I mean VERY clean. Not a spec of dirt to be found in the bathroom, which is always the first place I look in case I need to ask for another room. Lots of space in the room; I had the king bed and there was a double sofa bed in the large room also. Great for kids, or four people could easily stay if they were okay sharing a single bath.

  One street away from the beach! We could see the ocean from our room number 613. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean. Friendly staff. The offered breakfast is a nice inclusion for families or those that like to start with a basic breakfast.

  Not a bad little place. Could use a few things to make it a great value. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need. Loved all the awesome art. Nice selection of games and movies and smart TV.

  The walkway to the house is kind of scary. Stairs to an inclined grass yard to more stairs. Carrying luggage down with a slight dew in the morning to checkout. It is quite slippery, and not fun to hit the ground when you got a load of luggage in your arms. Bathtub/shower is a little weird and outdated and could definitely be made better for not much cost. Was very amateurly sealed and pieced together molding installed very haphazardly. Definitely don't recommend for more then 2 people, even with the nice fold down in the living room, there isn't a door on the bedroom, and you have to go through the bedroom to the bathroom.

  The property is in a great location and the size accommodates many people, however it’s outdated. The main tv didn’t work right with instructions, the hallway upstairs has a huge dip, and the couch was pretty old. When we were there they were working on condo next door so there work trucks took up almost entire parking spaces for our unit. Then, the guys working jumped on our balcony to power wash our unit during a “nap time” without notice.
