The manager is a Racist! There is no excuse for the behavior that he displayed towards my mother, she booked theough booking.com due to having to drop off another employee. When she arrived and attempted to check in the manager saw her english was not very well and told her he would not give her a room. The manager was also intoxicated and the smell of alcohol was strong coming off hid person.

I appreciated the friendliness and helpful night clerk. She went out of her way to help us with our booking. The morning clerk as well helped us and made sure we were taken care of with our breakfast. Pancake machine had issues.

Staff is great from the check in associates to the gentleman Sarge who drove the shuttle bus/also close up look of airplanes landing and taking off but rooms are quiet you dont hear them.

Originally we were assigned a room fronting the highway, and soon discovered the heater/AC unit wasn't functioning and the room was too warm, without window ventilation. The staff person re-assigned us to another room with a functioning unit in a more quiet location (no traffic noise), which worked out well.

Our room was 3rd floor 305.. 2 Woman with 2 dogs came off the Elevator and dogs barking plus growling. Scared my Mother and I. The 2 Woman stayed down the Hall from us on 3rd Floor with the dogs. Now my Mother is 73 years old. Freaked us out. It happend Saturday evening plus again on Sunday. Monday Morning them came out of the room and went back in with dogs. Dogs were barking.

This place was pretty horrible. We had entered the hotel with full trash cans at every level (not only full but overflowing). When we got to the room there was a small blanket for two people NO Towels, hair all over the ground along with dirt, cracks in the bathroom walls where you could see mold, the bed was hard as a rock and stains on our sheets. There was a punch mark in the refrigerator and it was unplugged but a rag was under it as if it was stopping a leak. We were late to meet our family and dropped our things off and headed out the door on our way out I asked for towels which I was told they were still washing and they had none at the moment. We ended up staying at our family's home for the night and returned the next morning to a massive puddle in the middle of our floor. We went down to the office and after waiting 20 mins for someone to come to the window (since we still had no towels) I asked for a few towels and again the answer was no towels and I was handed a king size sheet which I was told to clean the mess on my own with it and plug in the fridge. I wasn't given towels for 4 days (luckily we were able to shower at our family's house) 5 attempts later I we finally got 1 towel and a foot towel for the floor. Our towel had massive stains on it and we were terrified to use it. Every time I went to the office to complain no one was there. We felt stuck in our stay at the hotel since we had booked our stay and there was a cancellation fee. My husband and I ended up getting very sick and needed to change our flight for 2 days later and if we weren't so sick we would've moved hotels. I do not recommend staying at this "Inn" it truly was a horrible experience for two very laid-back people. We usually never complain and this was beyond a horrible stay.
