We discovered that the restaurant is not like a typical hotel afterthought, it's a beautiful stand-alone taverna with lots of delicious options for lunch and/or dinner until late in the evening, along with breakfast the next morning. There is a stunning sea view from both inside the restaurant and outside, on the multi-level patio (the rooms are behind it, further up the hill). Speaking of the hill, it is a rather steep one! We discovered that after we picked up our rental car near the airport then drove the half hour to check out the place for lunch on the way to Kalami - we had to turn off the air conditioning for our little Peugeot 208 to make it up the driveway. :-)”

- “We loved this naturist-friendly B&B! The facility is a large villa, with 5 rooms, a large shared living room and kitchen, great patio, sundeck, pool and hot tub. The owners, Roland and Ina, do everything personally. Guests are welcomed with a bottle of wine the first night. Every morning, they set out a full breakfast including coffee, fruit, cheese, yogurt, eggs, and breads. Guests can use the frig and kitchen as needed. There are a lot of restaurants and beaches close by. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and, of course, the pool and outdoor grounds are clothing-optional.”

  The breakfast was not good. I only had the breakfast sandwich one morning. I have to give a great report for Ivan’s. She was so helpful and patient. One night my tv wasn’t working properly so she told me what to do. When that didn’t work she came up to help me and she fixed it. The next night when I returned to my room there was an insistent beeping sound. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. Ivana searched everywhere and couldn’t find it. She even went upstairs. It went on for hours. Please let her know I found it. It was the dishwasher. The cleaners left the door slightly open. Thanx Ivana.

  The code was sent to me which I was unaware of but nevertheless my email have the appropriate information. The room was very quiet and spacious for 2 persons. Any more would be tight. The bathroom was glorious; loved the layout and luxury feel of the room. Perhaps we overlook it but there was no TV , although not sure where it would be placed anyway.

  Had I known there was not many eateries in the surrounding area, I would have brought a cooler with pastries or light breakfast stuff to hangout a little more in the room before checkout.

  The room was dirty. It still had sheets from the last guest. The sheets had a huge urine stain.

  I’ve stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years. It’s a good location close to the yearly event that I attend. The urine stained sheets sent my wife into a frenzy which upset the entire trip.

  Dirty fork found under the desk in the room and phone sounded like a huge mosquito. Staff aware of dirty fork and said no compensation since I booked through booking. Wasn't looking for compensation but that answer was unacceptable, since it is all about guest services.

  First - the staff and reception were excellent. No complaints there. The room however … made me want to shrivel up and become insentient bacteria because only then would I feel comfortable. There were stains everywhere - up, down and all around. The stench of cigarette smoke is a health hazard especially for sensitive folk with breathing issues or folks with small children who don’t deserve to be exposed to secondhand smoke. We had to change hotels immediately, no contest. We just couldn’t do it. It was like being in an episode of Fear Factor, truly. I’d expect that level of dilapidated filth from the home of a hoarder that had been through a last-ditch-effort clean up but not a hotel/inn. It felt like I was staying at the home of a nasty relative with a smoking issue and too many pets, neglected pets, because the room also reeked of animal in certain parts and as someone who is only mildly allergic to cats and dogs …. My throat started closing up so we definitely had to get out of there. Its hard enough to clean a home and make it appear pet free but I don’t know how they expected to clean a hotel room of pet dander and fur. Please, although the staff were nice, you don’t pay all that money for nice reception. You pay for the room. And whatever you pay for New Haven Village Suites will NOT be worth it. Staying here is high-key masochistic.
