  The lady helping with breakfast was amazing and sweet and breakfast was also great.The location was great not far from the pier.

  Our room when we first came in wasn't shut all the way it looked like they just made the bed and left, found empty water bottles under the bed that weren't our. Our pillows were dirty or stained. We were also upset we couldn't use the pool or hot tub till 10am.

  Rooms were filthy found a breath right nasal strip stuck to the head board after sleeping in the bed just above pillow level as well toilet seat was detached from the toilet asked for it to be fixed never was an had to request room service 24hrs in advance for room to be cleaned due to no staff to clean there where sand flys in the dozens flying freely out of air conditioner into the interior of the room and they were in huge amounts outside of the hotel as well we ask for a river view you open the curtains to see a rust stained window that blurred the view we had stayed for the memorial day weekend an due to the large number of people which from tour staff outside of this facility it was a record breaking attended weekend
