      What breakfast? As soon as I checked in I went to my room and the people next door were fighting. The guest above me was walking around all evening so I could n ot get any rest. People running up and down the stairs all night.

      The only thing I liked is coming to to Auburn AL for the first time. Nice Campus and stadium 🏟

      I had reserved a room for 2 nights Stays for Friday and Saturday. We traveled long distance and get there early Saturday around 8 Am and the desk lady didn't let us get our room. Told me their was nothing available and we had to wait until check out. Plus they charge for a cancelation fee. I'm not paying a cancelation fee when I didn't even cancel out and get my room.

      Location was great. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable.

      The room needed updating. Staff was friendly but in the end not very helpful. Valet service was terrible. For $45/night, we waited anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to have our car brought around. They told us it was because of Jazz Fest, except our stay started well before Jazz Fest and it was still bad.
