  Pool area was nice. The restaurant atmosphere was nice. The gift shops was nice and the coffee shops was convenient.

  They didn’t answer the phone when we wanted to request and early check in. They didn’t have a bell hop cart available to help with bags. Rooms were below average. They didn’t give us new towels on our second night. Didn’t answer the phone when we called to request them. We waited in line 20 minutes to get fresh towels. The hot tub smelled of propane. We called to notify them and they didn’t answer. We told them in person and instead of just shutting off the propane they called the fire department who shut down the entire pool. My mother in law left her wallet in the room after we left. We called every number imaginable and only got a voicemail mailbox which was full so we couldn’t even leave a voicemail. The food was below average at the restaurants. We ordered 5 different meals and all 5 were disappointed.

  Nothing to do with the Hotel but around 2 in the morning some one on the same floor kept slamming a door shut went on for around 10 minutes... very inconsiderate of them..very rude..That had nothing to do with the quality of the hotel very nice, clean and pleasantly ran.

  I booked a " handicap plus"access room w/handicap tub,,,,,,, the room was possibly the farthest room from front desk as possible with no handicap tub. There was a walk in shower w/glass doors but not one safety grab bar in bathroom at all or bench in shower as requested @ pre-check in ....... Six hours later @ check in there was no bench in shower. As a recent double knee and left wrist replacement patient, these items were pretty important to me and I paid a hefty premium for them but did not receive want was advertised........as you may imagine, I was/am very disappointed
