  I’m a disabled veteran. They made accommodation to move me to the first after explaining I couldn’t manage the steep stairs but charged me a an additional fee as well as a fee for a parking permit? Room had smell of fried fish. Lady was very bitter and not flexible in accommodating or making an effort to let me borrow a room deodorizer to make room usable since they had no other rooms. The next day the guy was very helpful and pleasant.

  It took 4hrs to check in then the 1st room was not clean at all the 2nd room the ceiling in the bath room was falling in the advertised a pool even had pic on the building the hole reason I booked the room was tiny and green from algae I don't think even frogs would have gotten in it

  Although there was a no-smoking sign on the door to the room, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes. There was no Wi-Fi! The network is there, but the signal is so weak that you can't pick it up.
