  I booked this place specifically for the pool. It was my 5th yr anniversary with my boyfriend. They first put us in a room with a non working AC, took for ever to send someone to at the end changed us to another room. Where it didn't had a microwave, the microwaves are on the second floor. Only two of them and they were absolutely disgusting dirty. Not only the microwave but the table they were on and the floor around. I had to throw away my food because no one wants to use a dirty microwave! The pool was so cloudy!!! They never went and clear that up with the chemicals. The front desk staff only one person was very nice and I believe she is from Africa. We NEVER received housekeeping service! So I called down to the front desk to at least get towels from them, and there was a homosexual guy that answered and was absolutely rude and told me they DO NOT bring up towels to guests, without any explanation as to why when there was 5 to 6 people at that desk just standing around! The small fridge in the room barely cooled off our drinks. The TV in the room did not worked, it will shut off in a second of turning it on. There were signs in the hallway of no smoking and yet it had Marijuana and cigarette smell ALL OVER. I had to use my asmathic pump! This was absolutely the worst stay I've ever had. I know how a hotel business is suppose to work! Having yrs of background as a front desk clerk and executive housekeeper myself! This was unbelievable! In your morning meetings (if you have one) like a normal hotel should. Think about the needs of the guests. They pay a lot of money to have an excellent service and if you don't provide that you failed as a team and as a hotel! Good luck with other guests.

  There was no guest info or local restaurant listing's and had to ask for a TV guide. Very un friendly staff in the evening ck in. The morning staff was better. When we arrived at 5:30 we had to wait for house keeping to finish cleaning our room and they had already given us the key

  Your manager Tiffany at the front desk is a rotten person I was there for a whole month nearly paid you guys over $2,000 the fridge was broken the you have to turn the circle breakers off just an order to get the oven to start and the smoke that was in that room was no ventilation most horrible experience ever if I really was being mean about it I would go and get my money back
