I was able to make my reservation within an hour of checking in, close to GC without paying the prices of the small town which just was a short distance closer. As a solo traveler I felt much safer in this room than I did in other areas on my trip. Large rooms with a lot of space and counter space, would have been a great setting/space for multiple ppl.

No door hanger for privacy, cleaning crew would have walked right in without knocking if I didn't have the deadbolt set and something in front of the door on my side (as a safety aspect for the night); I heard them knock on the next door prior to entering after this. dark parking lot. poor building number markings. No ice machine as the signs indicated

The home is beautiful and clean. The house instructions were on the table when you first walked in which was helpful for the wifi passcode. The house was equipped with beach items which was helpful. The attractions listed on the website and the distances were on point. Thank you

The location was great! Walking distance from restaurants and shopping. The room was really nice! Clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. I would stay here again if I get a chance to return to the Sonoma area. Especially to see the new lobby area!

Not the fault of the hotel, but the lobby was being remodeled. I can tell it is going to be beautiful when completed! We did have some noisy neighbors come in at 2:00 am in the morning. They settled after awhile. I am not sure if there was staff available at night to assist with that issue? Other then that, everything was great!

For $200 for a queen room for a single night, we could’ve stayed somewhere else and gotten a hot breakfast and coffee, and the reservation said breakfast was included which was the only reason we stayed there. Very disappointing that it ended up being cold items or microwaveable foods such as oatmeal/Jimmy Dean sandwiches with yogurt, cheap juice, or milk sent up in a box to the room the next morning. No coffee. Covid is over, there’s literally no reason for that anymore. And although we were only on the second floor, when we asked where the elevator was (fiancé needs knee replacements, both are bone on bone), we were told that our room was, “just up the steps and around the corner, it’s very close”. We were so shocked to be told to take the stairs that we didn’t know what to say. We can only conclude that either the elevator was out of order or that the staff thought we were more than capable of whipping up the steps to the room. I highly doubt it was out of order since it was at least four stories. If it was, just tell people that fact, especially if they specifically ask about using the elevator. And if it wasn’t out of order, then don’t assume that just because someone looks like they don’t need an elevator means they they don’t need one. We are paying for a room and should be able to use the elevator if we want to and ask about one.
