Great location - walking distance to great beach. The unit had everything you may need for family vacation - fully stuffed kitchen, beach gears - umbrellas, chairs, snorkelling gears, kids sand play toys. Management was super nice - they moved us to a different unit per our request with no issues, there was a huge fruit basket waiting for us at the arrival, and shell necklaces for all of us to wear were a really nice touch. The unit was spacious and clean, with great views. The furniture in the living room and bedrooms was update and carpet smelled new and fresh. Definitely recommend!

The room was very clean, felt safe and even included a kitchenette for us to cook food. We saved money by bringing our own meals, heating them up and storing them in the full-size fridge that was provided. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The center of town was walkable, but we decided to get an uber which was only $8!

The staff were aggressive and unfriendly. The residents constantly complained about guests it was busy but it was memorial day weekend! That should have been expected. One of the staff members constantly yelled at guests and was extremely unfriendly throughout the entire stay even though my mom and I were following all the rules and keeping to ourselves. I would never go back. Also the bed in the master bedroom was beyond firm just uncomfortable,I had issues with the TV and we lost power to the whole unit for a couple of hours. It was just one thing after another.

Uninhabitable. Black mold & sand in showers & tubs. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Floor dirty enough to blacken feet after minutes. Litter & crumbs under every bed. Dust on all paintings & wooden furniture. Fridge ice dispenser broken & covered in black slime. The windows & balcony table covered in grime. Outdoor pool inaccessible. Indoor pool features poop. Only weight machine is broken. Security is laughable. Cleaning service is a scam. Still charged cleaning fee after assured otherwise. Cleaners first arrived 22 hours after check-in, calling me to room entry code which Vacasa failed to provide. They changed the sheets, leaving clear footprints on bottom bunk. Failed to address all other points. Communication was awful; they threatened to evict (illegal retaliatory action under MD state law) for calling local management as they requested of us under the Rental Agreement to report issues with cleanliness, disrepair, and hazardous conditions making the property uninhabitable. They refuse to offer even basic compensation for violating our rights & threatening us on vacation. Not so much as an apology for spending 3/7 days calling them for a room that wouldn't threaten the health of our entire group. Vacasa is a garbage rental property management company who fails to manage, maintain, and inspect the properties they grossly overcharge for. They fail to communicate with renters to resolve issues within a reasonable time as deemed their responsibility under the Rental Agreement. They defraud customers with legitimate concerns by delaying remediation, deflecting blame, pointing fingers, and threatening eviction. The retaliatory action is illegal, unethical, and unacceptable. Vacasa ruined our vacation, don't let them ruin yours.

The pool was closed and didn’t know until we arrived. The door was hanging, so we had to kind of pick it up and nudge it shut. The rooms are old and outdated. The toilet kept filling up after every flush.
