The host was very hospitable and tried their best, but unfortunately everything in there was old stained a little dented or a little broken like not brand new but they were very hospital when I asked for extra towels for the pool they brought it to me the next day brand new, but unfortunately, the actual building staff not the host. The host was great was terrible. They made it miserable the trip they treated it like jail were just very miserable people if you were waiting for your Uber for five minutes with a child they made a scene about it even if you were quiet if you needed a towel from the pool it is a vacation rental location. They made it as if you were trying to get jewelry from a jewelry store, but it was a towel for the pool. The valet were perverts very rude. Also they made you feel very uncomfortable. They were perverts they stare they gawked they giggled. Very weird.

I did like that the property was a loft and it had two bathrooms and the kitchen but again some of the stuff was very dented stains outdated, but I overlooked it and I enjoyed my trip and the house was very hospital and they tried their best

While thisis a historic property,with excellent preservation and care to the rooms, it disappointed in the lack of a bell hop to help with the luggage. it is also not a suitable hotel for disable travelers. The main entrance is not useable for handicapped people having narrow and multiple steps exceeding well over 50 of them. More importantly, the street that is accessible handicapped guest can not be used by tis or private vehicles because it is restricted to city buses.

Newer facility. Mattress was encased to help prevent bedbugs; box spring were not. Clean; beds were comfortable. Nightlight in bathroom was a nice touch. Fantastic breakfast, real eggs! Was in a very quiet setting; set back from the road with lots of nature around.

Soon as my family checked In room their was dry blood on pillow case in room 335 I immediately went to the the service down stairs and the lady gave me a new pillow case and apologized. I feel I should of gotten a discount or some kind of reimbursement when I checked out on 6/12/24 I immediately told the general manager about the dry blood on pillow case he apologized as well but he never gave me sum kind of reimbursement cause blood is hazardous it carries diseases.

It was non smoking but sofa ha what looked like cigarette burns on the seat. I had two asthmatic who said they smelled old smoke. We did revaccum the floor due to looked not done. One of the guests found an apple core in their bed. Otherwise the trip went well.

Worst motel 6 ever. Filthy. I booked a non-smoking room, The first was like someone just lit up a cigarette just before we entered the door and went back to the front desk and after the lady looked at me like, they changed us to another one . In that one the smell was like nobody changed the water from the map bucket. We have odir spray we use so we sprayed all over. At the door was garbage around and the welcome committee was full of flies. I kill around 20 flies inside the room. The bathroom has black mold on the ceiling. The entrance door has black mold in one corner. Why i choose to stay, well after driving for 12 hours we need something to rest. If we will stay there again... Oooh heck noooo.
