  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was GREAT. It was very nice having breakfast and it was tasty.

  The pillows were too soft, the room was very tiny for two people, and the bathroom had some plumbing issues (both the shower knob and the sink knob were lose, the shower knob fell on the floor). The carpets in the hallway were dirty.

  The fact I couldn’t check in and they just booked a room and never let me in. Called the property manager and was basically told I’m SOL. The phone number attached to booking.com’s page for them either is out of order or the person in charge of it does not care about their job at all because I contacted them multiple times on two different phones and got no reply whatsoever then upon arrival I stood in front of the property knocking and calling until after 10pm and then was told because it was after 10 I couldn’t be checked in. This place is absolutely terrible and unprofessional.

  Couldn’t get the phone to work and when I did I couldn’t call front desk cause I couldn’t hear them talking to me. Next when I got there the elevator wouldn’t work and take me to the 4th floor so I had to get off on the 3rd floor and either walk the stairs or wait for other elevator to take me to 4th floor. Also when I get to the room the sofa bed had no sheets and front desk didn’t have any either. There was no towels for me and my family when we went swimming. Went to front desk and they had no towels. Came down for breakfast at 6:30 and nothing was ready and I mean nothing we all were waiting. The food could be a lot better and we had to wait for milk for the cereal.
